  When we purchased LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage with PCLaw in 2008, we contacted C&S Consulting for assistance with installation, conversion and training. We needed the conversion to happen quickly. Pat Cunningham and Lela Curry knew just what to do. Using remote technologies, they were able to install our new software and prepare for their arrival. They converted our old database over the weekend, and on Monday morning Pat and Lela were on-site for desktop installation and training. We were working on the new system Monday afternoon. We never missed a beat! Whenever we have a question or need assistance, they are available through remote support, and are very proactive to make sure we are informed about updates or changes that need to be made. We highly recommend their services.

  Our firm began working with C&S LegalTech in 2009 with the installation of Time Matters in our Birmingham office. We quickly followed with installation of Time Matters in our Montgomery office with plans to extend to our other locations as well. They were very responsive to our needs and worked with us to design a customized system based on our business model. They were knowledgeable and proficient at accomplishing this task. We combined the data from two legacy programs into our new Time Matters database to provide our users with a great starting point, having all our Contacts, Matters, and Appointments already in the database. The training was provided on-site using their portable training lab in combination with our customized system, allowing us to learn the system quickly and begin utilizing most of the features immediately. They were on-site to provide floor support on our “go-live” day which was invaluable to our staff. We are continuing our education through some “lunch-and-learn” training sessions so that we can utilize our system to the fullest extent possible. Our overall experience with C&S LegalTech has been a great one which has in turn, been a very good return on our investment.
