Office 2016 will be available to the Office 365 subscription customers as part of their subscription. Before you upgrade, be sure to check with systems you have integrated with Microsoft Office as they may not be compatible yet. As with any new release, don’t be on the “cutting” edge. New NetDocuments Security Options

NetDocuments announced on June 8th, 2015 that it has beefed up its security options and architecture with better encryption technology and the option of clients managing their own encryption keys. The basic file security is now strengthened by using the AES-256 Standard with a distinct key. That key is then encrypted using a master encoding key (MEK, for those keeping up with the acronyms.) And another option will allow another layer of encryption to those individual file keys with a workspace encoding key (yep, you guessed it – WEK.) The user controls the WEK keys.
